Beste Balki has been promoted to Associate Director – Global Strategy at Publicis Groupe, marking a new milestone in her career with the global communications company. She announced the promotion through a LinkedIn post.
Balki has been with Publicis Groupe for nearly three years. Before taking on her new responsibilities, she served as Global Strategy Manager, contributing to strategic initiatives across international markets.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Balki reflected on both her professional journey and personal milestones, noting that the promotion comes as she approaches three years with Publicis Groupe and nearly a decade since moving from her hometown of Istanbul to the United States in 2016 to pursue her studies.
“I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Associate Director, Global Strategy at Publicis Groupe. This career progression comes at a time of personal reflection as I am getting closer to completing my 3 years with Publicis and reaching the 10-year milestone since leaving my home city Istanbul to study in the U.S. in 2016. It has been a roller coaster of life transitions, with a lot of ups and downs over the past decade, moving across new countries and continents, switching jobs and industries, but most importantly, meeting so many wonderful people along the way,” the LinkedIn post read.
