21st April, 2026; Mumbai, India: The Ad Club today announces the appointment of Ashish Chakravarty, Managing Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Garage Worldwide, Neha Tulsian, Founder and Executive Creative Director of NH1 Design and Praful Akali, Founder & MD at Medulla Communications, as Jury Chairs respectively for Audio and Radio, Design & Health categories.
Garage is an independent agency positioned at the crossroads of strategy, creativity and technology. With over two decades in advertising across Asia, Ashish has partnered leading regional and global brands and won more than 500 awards at major shows including Spikes Asia, Adfest, Mad Stars, Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, ANDYs and Effies.
In 2026, Ashish was ranked the #1 Creative in India by Campaign Brief Asia, and has been recognised by The Economic Times as one of India’s Top 10 Creative Directors for three consecutive years.
He has also featured among the world’s top Executive Creative Directors in the Most Won rankings. A regular presence on the Asian and global juries, Ashish has served as jury member and chair across leading award platforms, contributing to the region’s evolving creative standards.
Ashish previously led creative for McCann Worldgroup India and continues to mentor emerging talent across Asia.
Neha Tulsian founded NH1 Design, a strategic branding studio based in Delhi NCR, known for building brands that drive business growth.
Neha studied design at the London College of Communication in 2004, and has since deepened her strategic perspective through executive programs in branding, consumer insights, and innovation at London Business School, Harvard University, Stanford University, Kellogg School of Management, IDEO, and Brand Gym between 2018 and 2025.
Before founding NH1 Design, she played a key role in building VGC Bangalore between 2008 and 2012, and worked as a Senior Designer at Ray and Keshavan. Her early career began in London, where she interned with leading global studios including Johnson Banks, Interbrand, Williams Murray Hamm and Together Design, shaping her global perspective on branding and design.
Neha is an active contributor to the global design community. She served as Jury President for D&AD Packaging Design in 2025 and as a jury member for the ADC Awards 2026 by The One Club for Creativity. She has also been part of juries for Kyoorius Design Awards, Pentawards for three consecutive years, Young Guns and D&AD Branding.
Under her leadership, NH1 Design has won multiple national and global recognitions, including 12 Kyoorius Design Awards and the Global Pentawards in 2019. She has been a keynote speaker at Kyoorius Design Yatra (2021), and was featured in “20under35” at Alliance Française de Delhi, showcasing emerging design talent in India.
Praful Akali is among the most awarded healthcare creatives globally since 2015– close to 50 shortlists and over 20 awards including a Grand Prix at leading awards like Lions Health, Clio, Global, LIA and Spikes.
As one of the few creative professionals that has worked as a client, last at Pfizer, Praful demonstrates how creativity and effectiveness work together. In fact, in 2016, the Last Words campaign was published in the Gunn Report as one of only 15 campaigns globally that won a gold at the Lions and at a marketing effectiveness award at the Effies.
The feat was repeated in 2017 with Last Laugh which won a Grand Prix at Clio and two Golds at the APAC Effies.
Praful’s prior experience as a client helped him bring alive big ideas that work across media since all these awards have been for campaigns across media especially, digital and PR-Led along with traditional media like television and radio.
Praful led Medulla to win a host of leading creative awards globally including the Healthcare Agency of the Year in 2016 at Cannes Lions.
In fact, Medulla has been the only agency globally to feature in the top three agencies of the year, each of the first three years of the Lions Health.
Medulla is also the only healthcare specialist agency in the list of World’s Leading Independent Agencies 2018. Praful has served as a jury member at Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio, Effies and the Global awards.
He has been a speaker at Cannes and other forums and his opinion pieces have appeared in several advertising and business publications.
