Publicis Groupe Singapore has appointed Asheen Naidu as Group Executive Creative Director for Leo Singapore, the newly established global network that brings together leading agencies such as Leo Burnett and Publicis Worldwide under a unified leadership.
In his new role, Naidu will oversee a creative team of nearly 100 professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated creative solutions that blend creativity, data, and technology to build stronger, more resilient brands worldwide.
With over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, Naidu has held key creative leadership roles across Asia and Australia. Most recently, as Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Group Singapore, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the agency’s creative reputation. Under his leadership, the agency secured major pitch wins for clients including Vivo, Puma, SGEnable, National Arts Council, and StarHub. In 2023, Naidu was recognized among Singapore’s top three Executive Creative Directors by Campaign Brief Asia.
His career journey includes serving as Executive Creative Director at BWM Dentsu Sydney, as well as holding leadership roles at Whybin TBWA and The Campaign Palace in Australia. His work has earned recognition at prestigious global award shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Clio Awards.
In this new position, Naidu will report directly to Ajay Thrivikraman, Chief Creative Officer for Publicis Groupe Southeast Asia, and will work closely with Joanne Theseira, CEO of Publicis Communications Singapore, to drive creative excellence and innovation for clients.
