Prior to this, Vaidya held the position of Director – Marketing and Corporate Communications at WebEngage, a prominent SaaS company known for its focus on customer retention and engagement. Over his nearly four-year stint at the company, he led strategic brand storytelling and communication efforts that amplified WebEngage’s positioning in a highly competitive tech space. He initially joined the organization in 2021 as the Global Lead for PR and Corporate Communications, steadily rising through the ranks.
Vaidya brings with him a rich tapestry of experience from his previous tenures at industry-leading agencies like The Mavericks, Weber Shandwick, Adfactors PR, and MSLGROUP India—where he worked with a range of brands, shaping impactful narratives and driving reputation-building strategies.
With this latest appointment, Vaidya is set to further strengthen Alvarez & Marsal’s PR and communication efforts in the GESS space, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and visibility in global markets.
