Publicis Groupe Wins LVMH APAC Media Account

Published on: September 11, 2026

Publicis Groupe has secured LVMH’s media mandate across the Asia-Pacific region, with the new assignment expected to begin in January 2027, according to media reports.

The account is shifting from WPP, which has managed LVMH’s APAC media business for the past nine years. Reports suggest that the transition was completed without a formal agency pitch. WPP’s dedicated L’Atelier operation had been LVMH’s media agency of record across 13 APAC markets since 2017.

Japan, however, will remain under Dentsu’s remit, with Publicis retaining no responsibility for LVMH’s media operations in the market.

The appointment further strengthens Publicis Groupe’s relationship with LVMH. Since 2023, Publicis has managed most of the luxury group’s media business in North America and has also reportedly taken on U.S. media responsibilities for Tiffany & Co.

With the APAC win, Publicis is set to significantly broaden its role across LVMH’s global media operations, while ending WPP’s longstanding media relationship with the luxury group in the region.
