More and Tangerine have appointed Matt Raso as Head of Brand & Content, reinforcing their focus on strengthening brand strategy, storytelling and customer engagement.

The newly established position will see Raso oversee brand strategy, brand management, creative direction and execution across public relations, social media and content. He will be responsible for shaping the identity and presence of both brands across campaigns, customer touchpoints and communication channels, while leading both strategic planning and creative execution.

Raso joins the business with more than two decades of experience spanning brand development, design, content and creative leadership across agency and client environments. Before taking on the new role, he served as Head of Brand and Creative at specialist agency This Friday, where he worked closely with founders and leadership teams to develop practical brand systems aligned with business positioning.

Commenting on his appointment, Raso said, “More and Tangerine each have clear roles to play in the market and a real opportunity to be distinctive in a competitive category. I’m excited to bring together brand, content and creativity to build clear narratives, practical brand systems and integrated work that supports growth and meaningfully connects with customers.”

Rick Van Emmerick, Chief Growth Officer at More and Tangerine, said the appointment highlights the company’s continued investment in brand-led growth and its efforts to build stronger, more unified brand platforms.

“Matt brings a rare combination of strategic brand thinking and delivery expertise,” said Van Emmerick.

“His experience building brands from the inside, leading teams and developing practical systems will be invaluable as we continue to evolve both the More and Tangerine brands.”
