Genpact has named Pallavi A. Singh as Vice President – AI & Data Advisory. Singh announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post.
Based in Hyderabad, she will partner with boards and senior leadership teams to shape enterprise AI strategies, prioritise investments, and develop business-aligned roadmaps that support organisational transformation.
Singh joins Genpact with more than 17 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, data, technology, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Genpact, she served as Executive Director – AI & Data, Enterprise Transformation at Providence India. Over the course of her career, she has also held leadership roles at Novartis, Franklin Templeton, and Pitney Bowes, where she contributed to AI, data and digital transformation initiatives.
With her extensive expertise in AI strategy and enterprise transformation, Singh is expected to play a key role in helping organisations accelerate AI adoption while aligning technology investments with long-term business objectives.
