Indian companies won 5 Golds and 7 Finalists at the 36th Golden Award of Montreux Switzerland Festival held in April 2026.

One of Europe’s most coveted advertising and media awards festival running since 36 years, Montreux Festival is a precursor to Cannes and Montreux Jazz festival which is a global icon in creativity and music.

Indian companies have been faring well at Montreux Festival in recent years

Tribes won Gold for HSBC in the Spatial Communication category for 

The Living Hexagon, BC Web Wise won Gold for Tata Power in the Best Use of Branded Content Category for Tanvi the Great, Tree Design won Gold for Tata Tea Premium in the Direct Marketing & Activation category for India’s Tea and the unique Art of it‘s States, Mathrubhumi won Gold in the Events category for Kappa CULTR 2026, Young & Hungry Gold in the Design category for DeVans Gin Bottle Packaging.

Indian companies won 7 Finalist Certificates which is notable as Montreux Festival does not award Silvers and Bronzes, only Golds and Finalists.

Havas won a Finalist Cerificate for JBL in the Poster Category for Copywriting, White Rivers Media won 2 Finalist Certificates for DS Group in the categories of AI & Creative Systems and Digital, Interactive and Experience for Pulse Jagannath Yatra and Scream for Pulse, Enormous won a Finalist for NPCI in the Poster category for Art of Progress.

Tree Design won a Finalist Certificate for Tata Tea Gold in Packaging Design for Durga Puja Ltd Edition, Mathrubhumi won a Finalist Certificate for OBSRV for Edakkal Caves Documentary and Hashtag Orange won a Finalist Certificate for Zuno General Insurance in the Digital Innovation category for Safar yeh chill wala.

Ad of the Year went to BETC Paris for CANAL+.
Serviceplan Group Germany was named Agency of the Year
