Efficacy Worldwide has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Chandradeep Kumar as National Head – Media & Growth. The move is aimed at accelerating the company’s growth strategy while expanding its AI-driven marketing and integrated media capabilities.

In his new role, Kumar will lead Efficacy Worldwide’s media operations across the country and oversee the company’s growth initiatives. He will focus on driving business expansion, enhancing client partnerships, and helping brands leverage the combined power of media, creativity, data, technology, and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable business results.

Kumar brings more than two decades of experience in the advertising and media industry. During his career, he has held leadership positions at WPP, Mudra, Starcom, and most recently at Havas Media Group, where he played a key role in business transformation, media strategy, and client growth.

He has managed integrated media mandates and business development initiatives for leading brands such as Hyundai Motors, Voltas, Voltas Beko, Tata 1mg, JBL, Valvoline, Sujata Appliances, Norton, Zupee, Hamdard, and Emma Sleep. He is also recognised for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.
