The Plan Beyond has announced the appointment of Priyanka Arora as its Chief Marketing Officer and Founding Member. With over 17 years of experience spanning marketing leadership, business transformation, growth strategy, consumer engagement, brand development, and category creation, Arora joins the organization at a pivotal stage of its growth journey.
In her new role, she will lead the development of India’s emerging Family Continuity category while overseeing brand strategy, market expansion, growth initiatives, ecosystem partnerships, and enterprise-wide marketing efforts.
Arora brings a diverse professional background across financial services, telecommunications, consulting, and digital transformation. Before joining The Plan Beyond, she served as Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance, where she played a key role in driving marketing transformation, implementing AI-powered marketing frameworks, accelerating digital growth, repositioning the brand, and supporting strategic business expansion. Her contributions helped strengthen customer engagement, enhance revenue growth, expand market presence, and evolve brand perception across various business channels and partnerships.
Over the course of her career, she has also held senior positions at Bharti Life Ventures, Future Generali India Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Airtel, McKinsey & Company, and Max New York Life Insurance. These roles enabled her to build expertise across customer analytics, consumer insights, digital marketing, fintech ecosystems, product strategy, customer lifetime value management, business planning, and growth acceleration.
Known for her ability to build consumer-centric growth frameworks and develop new market categories, Arora has consistently delivered business impact through innovation-led transformation initiatives.
Her achievements have earned her recognition as one of the industry’s notable marketing leaders, including being featured in BW 40 Under 40 and IMPACT 40 Under 40, along with receiving multiple ACEF Awards. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and leadership forums.
With extensive experience in marketing, growth strategy, and category building, Arora is expected to play a key role in shaping The Plan Beyond’s vision of establishing a new market category and creating long-term value for families across India.
