tgthr. has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointment of Shamima Pereira as Business Head and Sonia Kumar as AVP – Strategy and Brand Solutions Lead.

These strategic hires come as the agency continues to scale its integrated offering, combining creative, media, and production capabilities under a unified model.

Shamima Pereira brings over 14 years of experience across leading agencies such as FCB Ulka, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Scarecrow, and The Womb. She has worked with prominent brands including Amul, Indian Oil, Garnier Colour Naturals, NBA, Heineken, and Cathay Pacific Airways. In her new role, she will lead client relationships and oversee business operations.

Her portfolio spans diverse sectors including QSR, technology, automotive, FMCG, and hospitality, having worked on brands such as McDonald’s, ASUS, Swiggy, Nestlé, and Starbucks. At tgthr., she will head the strategy function and lead brand solutions.
