Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has announced the appointment of Vijay Basantani as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Basantani has held senior positions across leading organizations such as Omnicom Media Group, Dentsu, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Infosys. His career spans diverse financial environments, equipping him with strong expertise in managing complex business operations.
Known for his strategic and operational finance capabilities, Basantani has played a key role in strengthening financial systems, enhancing governance practices, and improving profitability across organizations. His areas of specialization include financial planning and analysis, controllership, compliance, risk management, and corporate strategy.
