Shaleen Ashdhir has taken on the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO) at ATINOOH. In this position, he will focus on accelerating business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding premium aviation and airport media opportunities for brands across India and key international markets.
Ashdhir announced his new role through a LinkedIn post, where he shared his excitement about joining the organisation and expressed gratitude to Atin Promotions and Advertising for the opportunity.
Before joining ATINOOH, Ashdhir held the role of Vice President and National Sales Head at #NextBigHub | Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media between November 2024 and December 2025. Earlier in 2024, he briefly served as National Head – Ad Sales at Magicbricks.
Prior to these roles, Ashdhir spent more than nine years at Disney Star, where he held several leadership positions between November 2014 and April 2024. During this time, he managed multiple channel portfolios including Star Gold 2, Star Gold Romance, Star Gold Thrills, National Geographic, and Fox Life as Cluster Head. He also served as Cluster Head for Star Utsav Movies and Star English across the West and South markets.
Throughout his tenure at Disney Star, Ashdhir held a series of regional leadership roles overseeing brands such as Star Movies, Star World, and the National Geographic Channel, contributing to advertising sales growth and regional market expansion. He originally joined the company in 2014 as part of the ad sales team for the Star English portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Ashdhir spent over four years at Radio City India, where he worked in brand activation and corporate sales roles between 2010 and 2014. He also held the position of Channel Development Specialist at Directi, focusing on business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
With extensive experience in media sales, partnerships, and business development across leading media and digital organisations, Ashdhir now joins ATINOOH to support its growth ambitions in aviation and airport media solutions.
