Havas Moonfolks has announced the appointment of Erwin Airlangga as its Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, as part of a refreshed leadership framework aimed at driving the agency’s next phase of expansion in Indonesia.
In this position, Airlangga will focus on strengthening the agency’s strategic direction across its media services while also playing a key role in accelerating business growth as Havas Moonfolks continues to broaden its capabilities in the Indonesian market. He brings more than 26 years of experience in the industry. Before joining Havas Moonfolks, he served as Chief Strategic Officer at Dentsu Creative. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years as CEO of Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication. Airlangga also holds the role of Vice President – Communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA).
His appointment is part of a wider leadership restructuring at Havas Moonfolks, aimed at enhancing expertise across key areas such as strategy, trading, operations, commerce, and client leadership.
As part of the new leadership structure, Yuni Isdiyatiningsih has been promoted to Head of Trading, where she will lead trading excellence and strengthen value delivery for clients. Sanchar Roy has been named Head of Commerce and Digital Planning, responsible for integrating commerce-driven and performance-focused planning into the agency’s service offerings. Deriz Syarief has stepped into the role of Head of Operations, where he will focus on strengthening operational processes and ensuring scalable delivery.
Additionally, Airin Aprila has been appointed Client Services Director to further enhance senior-level client relationships and service delivery standards.
Beyond these leadership changes, the agency has also brought in several new team members across trading, account management, and planning to support its expanding client portfolio. Stefanus Christopher continues to head the organisation as General Manager and is currently in his second year with the agency.
The strengthened leadership team reflects the agency’s focus on building deeper strategic expertise, integrated planning capabilities, and a scalable model to support long-term growth.

Since its rebrand to Havas Moonfolks, the agency has expanded its client roster with several notable additions including GSK, Webull, Yoyic, Samsonite & American Tourister, Emirates, Hanasui and Cinnepolis.
