Pranav Sabhaney has been named Vice President – Strategy by Ogilvy. This is his second tenure with the agency. He was FCB Interface’s Vice President (Strategy) before that.

Among Sabhaney’s many positions are those of AVP at Dentsu Mcgarrybowen, director of strategy at VIRTUE Worldwide, and vice president of content strategy at Supari Studios. In addition, he was employed by Dentsu Webchutney from 2017 to 2019 and Dentsu India Slingshot from 2019 to 2021.
Previous roles and responsibilities
He had been a Vice President of Strategy at FCB Interface for more than a year before this. Throughout his fourteen-year career, Sabhaney has collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including Fisheye Creative Solutions, Sideways Consulting, VIRTUE Worldwide, Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi Pvt Ltd., Dentsu Creative, and Supari Studios.
With a wealth of knowledge, Sabhaney has demonstrated success as a strategist in the creative industry. He gathered playbooks for brands and campaign narratives by understanding social behaviors, cultural behaviors, subculture interests, and shopping habits during his career in a variety of organizations.

Snehasis Bose, the chief strategy officer (CSO) of L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, a division of Publicis Groupe India, has been promoted to group chief strategy officer, enhancing the company’s strategy leadership. As a result, Snehasis will now be in charge of strategy for Publicis India, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, and Saatchi & Saatchi Propagate. Furthermore, Ekta Relan assumes leadership as L&K Saatchi & Saatchi’s new chief strategy officer (CSO). Ekta and Snehasis will work together to improve the agency’s strategic plans.
Snehasis Appointed as Group Chief Strategy Officer
Snehasis has over 25 years of experience. He has worked for companies like Contract Advertising, IMRB International, Publicis Ambience, and McCann Erickson. He began working for L&K Saatchi & Saatchi in 2015, and in 2020 he was promoted to CSO. Snehasis was promoted to Group CSO with additional responsibility for Publicis India and Saatchi & Saatchi Propagate after he demonstrated outstanding leadership and an innovative approach over the last nine years. He was responsible for driving growth for brands like Hero MotoCorp, ITC, Renault, JioMart, Audi, Reliance Digital, Zepto, Akasa Air, Nivea, Relaxo, Dabur, Group Bimbo, and AU Bank, among others. He will keep reporting to Paritosh.
Ekta Relan Elevated to L&K Saatchi & Saatchi’s Chief Strategy Officer
Ekta has twenty-three years of professional experience. She leaves her position as chief strategy officer at Lowe Lintas to join L&K Saatchi & Saatchi. At Lowe Lintas, she oversaw the Unilever strategy team. Additionally, Ekta has collaborated with Unilever Singapore, Sapient Nitro Singapore, and Mullen Lintas. She has had a distinguished career developing successful strategies for well-known brands. These include Dabur’s Real, Samsonite, Glow & Lovely, Pepsodent, Close Up, Surf Excel, Vim, Lifebuoy, Tata Tea, SBI Life, Saffola, and Tata Cliq. She has also participated in jury selections for major competitions such as AME and Effies.
Ekta’s commitment to creating solutions that subvert cultural conventions and smoothly produce significant outcomes is in line with L&K Saatchi & Saatchi’s mission. She will work closely with Snehasis and Paritosh to advance the agency’s strategic goals.
