Ashish Bajaj has joined 10on10 Foods as Co-Founder. The Bengaluru-based food-tech startup focuses on providing freshly milled staple foods, and Bajaj shared the update about his new role through a post on LinkedIn.
Before stepping into this entrepreneurial role, Bajaj served as Chief Marketing Officer at Narayana Health from July 2022 to December 2025, where he led marketing initiatives for the healthcare network.
Prior to that, he was Head of Marketing at MediBuddy between June 2019 and June 2022, overseeing brand building and marketing campaigns for the digital healthcare platform. During 2019–2020, he simultaneously held the position of Head of Marketing at DocsApp, leading marketing efforts for the online doctor consultation service.
Earlier in his career, Bajaj worked at Ola (ANI Technologies) as Head of Media and Brand Alliance from April 2016 to August 2019. In this role, he managed media strategy, brand collaborations, and large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
He also spent time at Microsoft as Channel and Partner Marketing Manager from March 2015 to April 2016, where he focused on digital marketing initiatives and partner engagement programs.
Bajaj began his professional journey at GroupM as Business Manager from June 2011 to March 2015, working on media investments and campaign strategy for multiple brands.
With experience across healthcare, technology, and digital marketing, Bajaj’s move to 10on10 Foods marks a shift into the food-tech startup ecosystem, where he is expected to contribute to the company’s growth and brand development.
