Jonathan Sanchez Elevated To EVP, Global Head Of Communications At WPP

Jonathan Sanchez has been elevated to Executive Vice President, Global Head of Communications at WPP. He is based in New York and steps into the global leadership role after more than four years with the company.

Most recently, Sanchez served as SVP, Communications & Public Affairs, North America, where he led corporate communications, public affairs, AI communications strategy, and employee engagement initiatives across the region.

He previously held the position of Vice President, Communications in Singapore, overseeing crisis management, public relations, and B2B communications strategy. Over the years, he has progressed through multiple senior communications roles within WPP, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s global reputation and strategic messaging.

In his new role as EVP, Global Head of Communications, Sanchez will oversee WPP’s worldwide communications strategy, aligning corporate narrative, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning across markets.
