Vanita Keswani Steps Down As Madison Media Sigma CEO After 30 Years

Vanita Keswani has resigned from her role as Chief Executive Officer of Madison Media Sigma, concluding a distinguished three-decade tenure with the organisation. Madison Media Sigma operates under the umbrella of Madison World.

Keswani shared the news through a personal LinkedIn note, reflecting on her long association with the company and announcing her decision to pursue an independent entrepreneurial path.

“They say time flies, but looking back at the last three decades, it feels more like time has built so much! As I step out of the doors of Madison as an employee, I leave with a trove of cherished memories and relationships”, the LinkedIn post read.

“I am leaving a piece of my heart here, as I take with me the lessons of a lifetime. I am excited to apply all that I have learnt into my independent entrepreneurial work”, the post added.

In her message, Keswani described her 30-year journey as deeply formative, highlighting the transparent culture and supportive environment that shaped both her professional and personal growth. She conveyed gratitude to mentors and senior leaders who offered candid guidance and constructive criticism, helping her evolve over the years.
