PHD has announced the elevation of Francesca Hills to the position of Chief Client Officer, marking a significant milestone in her ongoing leadership journey within the agency.

Prior to joining PHD, Hills spent more than seven years at OMD EMEA, where she played a central role in leading the Omnicom–Mercedes-Benz partnership. Her responsibilities also included serving as Global Lead for Google Marketing and Account Director for the Luxottica Group, overseeing globally recognised brands such as Ray-Ban, Vogue Eyewear and Sunglass Hut.
Earlier in her career, Hills held positions at Carat and Mindshare, where she developed a strong foundation in media planning, strategy, and client leadership.
With extensive experience across multiple sectors within the marketing and advertising industry, Hills is widely recognised for her expertise in media excellence and her commitment to nurturing talent. In her new role as Chief Client Officer, she is expected to further deepen PHD’s global client relationships and drive sustained value across the network.
