Helium AI, the artificial intelligence platform built by Neural Arc, has announced the appointment of Sheetal Patole as Co-Founder, signalling a key milestone in the company’s leadership and growth roadmap. The appointment reflects Helium AI’s ambition to further scale its AI offerings for individuals, small businesses, and an expanding enterprise user base.
With over two decades of experience spanning AI, data, and digital transformation, Patole has worked across industries including banking, financial services, consulting, resources, and technology. Her career has been marked by leading complex, large-scale AI and analytics programmes within global organisations.
In her new role, Patole will focus on shaping Helium AI’s execution framework, ensuring the platform integrates seamlessly into business workflows and decision-making. Her mandate will also include strengthening governance, transparency, and long-term sustainability as the platform scales across markets.

Patole’s leadership background includes senior roles such as Strategist at Infosys, Chief Data & Information Officer at Barclays, and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Macquarie Bank, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide AI and data initiatives. She has also held consulting leadership positions at PwC, Deloitte, and EY, bringing extensive experience in enterprise technology strategy and transformation.
