L&T Realty has named Bishnupriya Narayan as its new Head of Communications, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement. In her new role, Narayan will lead the overall communications strategy, including brand positioning, corporate reputation management, and integrated stakeholder outreach.
Narayan brings wide-ranging experience in corporate communications, ESG strategy, and reputation management, having worked across prominent organisations in India and overseas. Before joining L&T Realty, she served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and CSR at Akasa Air. During her tenure, she spearheaded strategic communications, led reputation initiatives, and played a central role in shaping the airline’s ESG roadmap, including preparedness for CORSIA compliance. She was also closely involved with leadership communications, employee engagement, and Akasa Air’s launch and international expansion.
Earlier, Narayan held senior communications leadership roles at Dream Sports as AVP – Corporate Communications and PR, and at Publicis Groupe, where she served in multiple capacities including Vice President and Associate Vice President at MSL. Her professional journey also includes stints with Dentsu Creative Public Relations, Burson, Singapore Tourism Board, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and Genesis BCW, managing corporate and brand communications across diverse sectors.
With expertise spanning executive communications, internal communications, ESG storytelling, and media relations, Narayan is known for driving high-impact, insight-led communication programmes that enhance trust and engagement.
At L&T Realty, she will focus on aligning communications with business priorities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and advancing the company’s reputation through strategic and consistent messaging.
