PepsiCo has elevated Harjyot Singh Arora to the role of Head of Media, Digital & Investments, effective January 2026. Based in Bangkok, Arora will oversee the company’s media strategy, digital initiatives, and investment priorities across markets.
Confirming the development via LinkedIn, Arora shared: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Media, Digital & Investments at PepsiCo!”
Arora has spent over six years with PepsiCo, most recently serving as Sector Lead for Media, Data and Commerce Capabilities. In this role, he played a key part in strengthening media effectiveness, data-led decision-making, and commerce-driven growth. Earlier, he was Category Lead for Flavour Carbonated Soft Drinks across PepsiCo’s Asia business unit, where he worked closely on product innovation, marketing strategy, and P&L management for brands such as 7Up and Mountain Dew.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Arora built strong brand and media credentials at Kansai Nerolac Paints, where he led brand strategy and media planning, and at the Mahindra Group as Marketing Manager. His early career includes media roles at Starcom MediaVest Group and brand management responsibilities at Allanasons (London Dairy Icecreams).
In his expanded role, Arora is expected to bring together media, digital transformation, and investment thinking to drive more integrated and outcome-oriented marketing strategies for PepsiCo.
