Deepak Venkat has been appointed as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), marking an important progression in his consulting career. In this expanded leadership role, he will work closely with global clients to deliver transformational strategies, enhance organizational performance, and drive long-term, sustainable growth across industries.
Venkat brings close to a decade of progressive leadership experience at BCG. Prior to this appointment, he served as Partner and earlier held roles including Principal, Project Leader, Consultant, and Senior Associate. Across these positions, he has built strong capabilities in strategic transformation, growth initiatives, and operating model redesign across multiple sectors.
His association with BCG began early in his career as a Summer Associate, where he gained foundational exposure to client problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the firm’s collaborative culture—experience that shaped his long-term journey within the organization.
Over the years, Venkat has earned recognition for leading high-impact transformation programmes, helping organizations unlock performance excellence, foster innovation-led growth, and build durable competitive advantage in evolving markets.
