Dentsu India Appoints Tejas Lad As Director – Digital Planning

Dentsu India has strengthened its digital leadership with the appointment of Tejas Lad as Director – Digital Planning. A seasoned digital media professional, Lad joins the network after nearly two years at Havas Media Network India, where he served as Global Account Director.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Lad shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – Digital Planning at Dentsu India! After an incredible journey managing international market business, it feels fantastic to be back in the domestic market. There is a unique energy and pace here that I’ve truly missed. With more than a decade of experience in advertising and digital media, Lad has worked across a wide range of categories including finance, automobiles and FMCG. His professional strengths include end-to-end digital campaign management, creative strategy development and performance optimisation.

Before his stint at Havas Media Network India, Lad spent over five years with Wavemaker India, where he progressed to the role of Business Manager and later served as Associate Business Director. He has also worked with GroupM as Senior Digital Manager and began his career as a Digital Marketing Executive at IBS.

Lad’s appointment reflects Dentsu India’s continued focus on strengthening its digital planning capabilities and delivering integrated, performance-driven solutions for clients.
