WNNR has appointed Aroon Ramachandran as its Vice President – Strategy and Growth, bringing aboard a seasoned marketing leader with more than 17 years of experience across advertising, brand management, and multi-category portfolio strategy. In this role, he will drive WNNR’s vision of scaling gamified brand integrations for diverse markets.
Ramachandran has previously contributed to major agencies such as FCB Ulka, working with brands like ICICI Bank, Jio Telecom, ASUS India, and WeWork, where he played key roles in impactful campaigns. His cross-industry expertise spans sectors including banking, FMCG, automotive, and high-growth startups, leading multiple successful pitches and shaping distinctive brand identities.
At WNNR, he will oversee brand strategy across India and select international markets, crafting integrated solutions for e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, and digital-first companies. His responsibilities include building WNNR’s multi-brand client portfolio, strengthening gamified brand assets, and directing collaboration across creative, media, and publishing partners.
Ramachandran will also guide product launch frameworks, new partnerships, and revenue-focused initiatives. A key part of his mandate is establishing WNNR’s thought leadership in areas such as first-party data, gamification, and open-web engagement—ensuring continuity in storytelling and consumer insight-driven brand communication.
