Neha Kapoor has taken on the role of Executive Vice President at Leo Burnett India, marking a major milestone in her long-standing journey with the agency. Her promotion reflects years of consistent leadership across brand strategy, integrated communications, and key client partnerships.
During her nearly eight-year tenure at Leo Burnett, Kapoor has steadily advanced through senior management roles. Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Vice President for a little over two years. Before that, she was Vice President for close to two and a half years, following almost three years as Associate Vice President. Her progression showcases her impact on business development, client stewardship, and team leadership within one of the country’s leading creative agencies.
Before joining Leo Burnett, Kapoor worked at DDB Mudra Group as Director – Brand Engagements for nearly two years, where she strengthened her capabilities in brand strategy, consumer behaviour understanding, and integrated campaign management.
Earlier in her career, she gained considerable experience at OgilvyOne Worldwide in Gurugram, spending close to four years as Account Director and later transitioning briefly into the role of Management Supervisor. Her work involved end-to-end management of marketing initiatives, creative alignment with business goals, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
She also contributed to brand-building efforts at McCann Erickson as an Account Manager, where she worked on campaigns across multiple markets and complex stakeholder environments.
Kapoor’s early professional years included roles as Senior Account Executive at OgilvyOne for over two years and as Account Executive at ENZ Communication for nearly one and a half years—roles that helped build her foundation in client management, campaign execution, and turning business insights into strong creative outcomes.
Her elevation to Executive Vice President reinforces her long-term contributions to the agency and signals her continued role in driving strategic growth for Leo Burnett India.
