CPR Global Wins PR Mandate For Str8bat

str8bat, one of India’s most influential sports technology companies known for redefining cricket performance through data-led insights, has appointed CPR Global as its communications and public relations partner.

Through this collaboration, CPR Global will oversee str8bat’s media outreach and stakeholder communication efforts across India, supporting the brand’s growing presence within the fast-evolving sports tech sector.

Established in 2018 by Gagan Daga, Rahul Nagar, and Madhusudan R, str8bat delivers real-time performance analytics to athletes. Its signature offerings — the str8bat Classic bat sensor and the newly launched AI-powered str8bat Pro — provide instant data on bat path, speed, impact zones, and more, enabling players to improve their technique with measurable accuracy.

Over the years, str8bat has collaborated with leading institutions including Cricket Australia, Rajasthan Royals, and top cricket academies nationwide. During IPL 2025, the company served as the Official Skilling Partner for Rajasthan Royals, integrating its technology into the team’s training and scouting ecosystem. Endorsements from renowned cricketers Kiran More and Greg Chappell further strengthen the brand’s credibility in global cricketing circles.

Recently, str8bat announced its expansion into 10 international markets, including India, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the UK, and Trinidad & Tobago, with the goal of empowering young athletes worldwide.

Supported by investors such as Exfinity Venture Partners, TRTL Ventures, Sadev Ventures, Techstars, and SucSEED Indovation Fund, str8bat continues to position itself as one of India’s most promising sports tech ventures.

Speaking about the partnership, Gagan Daga, Co-founder and CEO of str8bat, said, “At str8bat, we’re building technology that’s transforming how cricketers understand and enhance their game. As we scale our impact and global presence, we’re excited to partner with CPR Global to strengthen our communication strategy and share our vision with a wider audience.”

Chaitali Pishay Roy, Founder of CPR Global, added, “It’s inspiring to witness such game-changing innovation emerging from India. By bringing advanced technology and AI into cricket, str8bat is not just enhancing the sport — it’s creating an entirely new category within the sportstech landscape. Being part of this journey and helping take a breakthrough product from India to consumers across the world is a remarkable opportunity. I’m genuinely excited that CPR Global gets to work alongside str8bat, because the chance to help build a new global category from India is something few are fortunate to experience.”
