Sourabh Arya Joins Deloitte After a Remarkable Journey with Performics, Publicis Media

After 2.5 impactful years at Performics, Publicis Media, Sourabh Arya has joined Deloitte as Associate Director, marking a new chapter in his career at the intersection of Data, AI, and Customer Experience (CX).

At Performics, Sourabh led the Martech, CRO, and AI practice, building frameworks and proprietary tools such as Performing Funnels, PubNgage, and Amplifying OTT, innovations that helped redefine performance marketing and data-driven growth.

Expressing his gratitude, Sourabh thanked leaders including Lalatendu Das (LD), Gautam Surath, Gaurav Jhala, Cyrus Shroff, Shweta Shroff, Roshan Salian, and the wider Performics business team for their trust and collaboration. “It’s been a privilege building this practice alongside such a dedicated, curious, and driven group,” he shared, reflecting on his time at Publicis Groupe.

Now stepping into his new role at Deloitte, Sourabh continues to champion the convergence of Data, AI, and CX,  a space he’s deeply passionate about. With over 12 years of experience across analytics, marketing science, and business innovation, he remains committed to building intelligent systems that translate data into real business impact.

Outside of work, Sourabh describes himself as a music lover, traveler, and foodie who blends curiosity with creativity,  qualities that define both his professional and personal journey.
