Indo National (Nippo) appoints Shardul Bist as Chief Marketing Officer

Indo National Limited, the maker of the iconic consumer electrical brand Nippo, has announced the appointment of Shardul Bist as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

With over 16 years of experience across leading FMCG and consumer brands, Shardul brings expertise in marketing strategy, brand building, and digital channels. Prior to joining Indo National Limited, he worked across FMCG, food, and brand consulting, serving as Head of Marketing at USV Pvt. Ltd., where he led marketing and P&L functions for the consumer nutrition division. He played a pivotal role in strengthening category growth and brand equity across markets and new channels.

Before USV, Shardul was Category Head at Mother Dairy, leading marketing for the value-added products segment and delivering campaigns ranked among the Top 100 marketing campaigns of the year by Brand Equity. He also led new product launches and repositioned brand architecture for FMCG beverages, emphasizing the brand core, “Stimulating togetherness through conversations.” Shardul has also held marketing and e-commerce roles at Modi Naturals and holds a PGDM in Brand Communications from MICA, Ahmedabad, and a BBA from Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
