Flipkart announced the appointment of Kushagra Dwivedi as Director of Flipkart Ads. In this role, Kushagra will lead the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) charter across BGM Flipkart National, Flipkart Grocery, and Flipkart Minutes, reinforcing Flipkart’s commitment to strengthening advertising solutions and deepening brand engagement in India’s rapidly growing CPG sector.
Kushagra brings extensive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and category management, with leadership roles across India’s consumer and retail ecosystem. Most recently, he served as Associate Director at Flipkart, driving category growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he was Category Head for Doctor Consultation at Apollo 24|7, where he led end-to-end business operations and increased adoption of digital healthcare services.
Earlier, Kushagra spearheaded the Personal Care category at Blinkit as Director, scaling assortment, customer engagement, and profitability in the hyperlocal commerce segment. He also held strategic roles at Airtel, leading national acquisitions and enterprise marketing initiatives to drive business growth. His career also includes contributions to AppsDaily Solutions, Bloomberg, Godrej Properties Limited, and Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd., where he gained expertise in product management, business development, sales, and marketing.
Throughout his career, Kushagra has demonstrated strong leadership in driving revenue growth, P&L ownership, and team performance. At Flipkart Ads, he will play a pivotal role in scaling CPG advertising solutions, accelerating platform growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational excellence to deliver measurable impact for brand partners.
His appointment underscores Flipkart’s strategic focus on advancing India’s e-commerce advertising ecosystem and strengthening its position as a leader in consumer-first advertising solutions.
