MakeMyTrip Elevates Mohit Kabra to Group Chief Operating Officer, Appoints Dipak Bohra as Group CFO

MakeMyTrip, India’s leading online travel platform, has announced key leadership changes to strengthen its executive team and accelerate strategic growth. Mohit Kabra has been elevated to Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Dipak Bohra joins as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a significant step in the company’s leadership evolution.

A seasoned leader and part of MakeMyTrip for over 14 years, Mohit Kabra previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer and recently joined the Board of Directors. In his new role as COO, he will oversee day-to-day operations across all business verticals, spearhead company-wide operational strategies, and ensure seamless integration across the organization’s expanding portfolio. Mohit will continue reporting to Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO.

Alongside this leadership transition, Dipak Bohra has been appointed as Group CFO, bringing with him nearly three decades of finance expertise. Prior to joining MakeMyTrip, he spent 23 years at Wipro, leading large finance and investor relations teams. As CFO, Dipak will lead the company’s finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations functions, reporting directly to Mohit Kabra. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
