WPP Media has announced the appointment of Reshmy Warrier as Head of Business Planning & Operations for the Mindshare Team Unilever portfolio. With over 23 years of experience across WPP, Star TV, and ZEE5, Warrier brings deep expertise in strategic planning, operations, and media innovation.
In her new role, Warrier will lead strategic transformation initiatives, including advanced planning, strategic insights, product innovation, and automation for Unilever’s media portfolio. This appointment marks her third tenure with WPP Media and a return to Mindshare Fulcrum, reflecting her long-standing association with the agency.

Prior to rejoining WPP Media, Warrier worked as an independent consultant in Media, D2C, and Digital from March to August 2025. She also served as Head – Global Content Strategy and Platform Operations at ZEE5 from May 2019 to February 2025. From February 2011 to April 2019, she led as Head – Strategy and Programming English Business at Star TV. Earlier in her career, she held the role of Director – Client Leadership at Mindshare from January 2008 to February 2011.
