HAVAS Middle East has announced four key promotions aimed at strengthening its leadership team and accelerating the agency network’s focus on convergence, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary growth, with a strategic emphasis on Saudi Arabia.
Alejandro Fischer has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer, Fabio Silveira becomes Chief Growth Officer, Carlos Nadal steps into the role of Managing Director – HAVAS Creative UAE, and Oliver El Obeid assumes the position of Vice President – Human Resources.
These appointments support HAVAS Middle East’s evolution into a fully integrated communications network across creative, media, PR, and commerce. Building on its ‘Village’ model and Converged.AI strategy, the agency aims to drive global collaboration by connecting talent, capabilities, platforms, and expertise through data, technology, and AI.

Alejandro Fischer, Chief Strategy Officer, will lead strategic planning across the HAVAS Middle East network, combining insight-led strategies with local market understanding to drive the next phase of growth.
Fabio Silveira, Chief Growth Officer, will oversee integrated growth strategies across the network, focusing on opportunities in Saudi Arabia, forging new client partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and developing talent.
Carlos Nadal, Managing Director – HAVAS Creative UAE, will align creative talent and strategy across the ‘Village’ network, delivering unified brand experiences and elevating creative standards across the UAE.
Oliver El Obeid, Vice President – Human Resources, will lead capability building and people development, reinforcing HAVAS Middle East as an employer of choice and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
