 
          Dabur India has announced the appointment of Shashishekhar Mukherjee as its new General Manager – Digital Marketing & D2C, marking a significant step in the company’s digital transformation journey.
Mukherjee brings with him over 18 years of rich industry experience in digital marketing, D2C strategy, and consumer engagement. Prior to joining Dabur, he spent nine years at Reckitt as Head of Digital Marketing, where he successfully drove data-led digital strategies for iconic brands including Dettol, Durex, Veet, and Moov.
In a LinkedIn post announcing his move, Mukherjee shared his excitement about joining Dabur at a pivotal stage of its digital evolution.

Throughout his career, Mukherjee has held leadership roles at GSK (now Haleon), spearheading digital initiatives for Sensodyne and Eno. He also worked at Mindshare managing PepsiCo’s digital strategy, GroupM on brands such as Twinings, Kurkure, and Domino’s, and Publicis Groupe for global brands like Hewlett-Packard and telecom operator MTS.
Beyond his corporate roles, Mukherjee actively contributes to the industry as a Board Advisor to the India Influencer Governing Council and a member of the Mobile Marketing Association’s APAC Retail Media Network.
With this appointment, Dabur India aims to further strengthen its digital-first strategy, D2C expansion, and consumer engagement, blending its Ayurveda heritage with modern digital innovation.
