With a solid foundation in the FMCG and retail sectors, Pratik started his career in sales at ITC, gaining hands-on experience across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce channels. He later transitioned into brand management, where he contributed to the growth of several flagship brands. Over his seven-year stint at ITC, he cultivated a well-rounded perspective on consumer behavior and market dynamics—skills that will now come into play as he helps shape Licious’ next chapter of growth.
Pratik’s appointment signals Licious’ continued focus on building strong customer connections, backed by thoughtful marketing and sharp execution. His deep expertise in both traditional retail and modern consumer platforms positions him well to lead the brand’s marketing strategy across channels.
