Aniruddha Basu Elevated to National Head – ABP One at ABP Group

ABP Group has announced the elevation of Aniruddha Basu to the role of National Head – ABP One. Basu, who has been an integral part of the organization since August 2021, most recently served as Head of Planning, Business, and Digital until June 2025.

He shared the update via a LinkedIn post, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.

With a career spanning nearly two decades, Aniruddha Basu brings a wealth of experience across advertising, brand management, and strategic planning. Prior to his tenure at ABP Group, he held several leadership roles in reputed advertising agencies.

From May 2019 to August 2021, he was the Business Head at Rediffusion, following his earlier role as Brand Partner at the agency from September 2015 to May 2019. Before his time at Rediffusion, Basu worked at Wunderman Thompson as Account Director between February 2014 and September 2015.

He also spent over two years at Ogilvy & Mather, where he served as Group Account Manager and Account Supervisor between 2011 and 2014. Earlier in his career, Basu held key roles at Genesis Advertising as Account Manager (2008–2011) and at Lookad India as Account Executive (2006–2008).

His appointment as National Head comes at a time of strategic growth and transformation for ABP One, and his extensive expertise is expected to further strengthen the brand’s market presence and innovation roadmap.
