Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. (BCCL) has appointed Naveen Pandey as its new Managing Director, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s executive team. With a stellar track record of over 24 years in the consumer and distribution sector, Pandey brings a wealth of experience, strategic vision, and growth-focused leadership to the role.
Prior to joining BCCL, Naveen served as Chief Executive Officer at Unibic Foods Pvt. Ltd., where he led organization-wide transformation initiatives. His career also includes a long and impactful tenure at Marico, where he played a key role in expanding into new food categories, led the India Sales Business, and served as Managing Director of Marico Bangladesh. His professional journey also spans roles at PepsiCo and Asian Paints.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Naveen is known not only for his business acumen but also for his personal passions—cooking and travelling.
