Global communications agency Burson has announced the appointment of Harry Deje as Chief Operating Officer and Shirley Tangkilisan as Managing Director of its Indonesia operations. The strategic leadership changes reinforce Burson’s commitment to growth, innovation, and continued market leadership in Indonesia.
Both Deje and Tangkilisan have been instrumental in shaping Burson Indonesia since its inception. Their expanded roles will focus on accelerating AI-first, data-driven strategies, advancing digital communications, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with the dynamic needs of clients across various industries.
Harry Deje, who previously served as Managing Director, brings more than 30 years of industry expertise and a deep understanding of the digital communications landscape. His experience spans integrated marketing, crisis and issues management, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
