Swiggy has promoted Saurav Goyal as Senior Vice President and Head – Driver & Delivery Org. Saurav, who has been leading the Business Finance function since 2020, will now oversee one of Swiggy’s core verticals, focusing on strengthening the delivery partner ecosystem.
This move is part of Swiggy’s ongoing commitment to internal talent development and building leadership capabilities from within. In his new role, Saurav will drive initiatives that empower Swiggy’s delivery partners—an integral part of the platform’s operational network.
Reflecting on the development, Saurav shared on LinkedIn his enthusiasm for the expanded role and highlighted “how delivery partners are the backbone of Swiggy’s reliability and reach.”

In the interim, Saurav will continue to lead Business Finance until a new leader is appointed.
With over 18 years of experience across sectors, Saurav has held leadership positions at Ola, Flipkart, and Tata Communications. His expertise in strategic planning and business transformation has contributed meaningfully to Swiggy’s growth journey, including its IPO readiness.
