Reckitt has elevated Ravi Bhatnagar to Director – Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs, now overseeing three high-impact regions: South Asia, MENARP (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan), and Africa. This marks a significant step in the company’s commitment to strengthening strategic communication and purpose-led engagement across global growth markets.
Ravi, who has been an integral part of Reckitt’s South Asia operations, now steps into a broader mandate that reflects both his leadership journey and the trust placed in his vision. Previously, he served as Director – External Affairs and Partnerships, where he spearheaded advocacy, policy influence, and purpose-driven collaborations that shaped the brand’s regional footprint.
An Independent Director certified by the Institute of Directors, Ravi also brings a wealth of cross-sectoral insight to his new role. He actively contributes to organizations like ASSOCHAM, where he co-chairs CSR and Empowerment Councils, and serves on advisory panels for Population Services International (PSI) and FICCI-ISC’s Water, Sanitation, and Plastic Committee.
Ravi’s journey into the impact space began with The World Bank’s Technical Support Unit and has included key stints with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and ADRA, where he led high-stakes global health programs spanning India, Nigeria, and Haiti. His work in disease eradication and health access has gained recognition at forums supported by G7 and BRICS.
This elevation is more than just a title—it’s a nod to the kind of purpose-driven leadership that aligns with Reckitt’s global vision of health, hygiene, and empowerment.
