Sunil Sharma, the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Network18, has announced his decision to step down from his position. According to a regulatory filing, Sharma is resigning to explore another career opportunity outside the company. His last working day at Network18 will be March 31, 2025.
Sharma joined Network18 in June 2023. Before this, he held the role of Vice President of Engineering – Student and Teacher Experience at BYJU’S from June 2022 to May 2023.
He also has an extensive career at Amazon, where he worked for over seven years, from April 2015 to June 2022. During his tenure at Amazon, he held several key roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager, Software Development Manager, Senior Manager of Software Development, and Head of Technology for both Prime Video Linear and Freight Audit and Payments.
Prior to Amazon, Sharma was Director of Bids and Proposals at AGT International from April 2013 to March 2015, and he has also worked at companies like LnT Infotech, Sasken Communication Technologies, and Hewlett Packard.
