Abbott Appoints Unilever’s Ramya Venkat as Director – Integrated Marketing

Ramya Venkat, former Senior Brand Manager for Indulekha at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), has been named Director of Integrated Marketing at Abbott. She announced her position on LinkedIn. Ramya previously worked as a brand manager for Wheel, Sunlight, Everyman, and Closeup during her more than 14 years with Unilever.

Venkat is supposed to spearhead creative marketing initiatives at Abbott, building relationships between the company and its wide range of customers. She is well-positioned to make a substantial contribution to Abbott’s mission of enhancing health outcomes globally thanks to her vast experience in the FMCG industry.

Ramya Venkat is a marketing and communications professional with experience tackling a variety of marketing challenges in the consumer goods industry. She has expertise in brand strategy, mix development, communication creation, and brand innovations. Ramya Venkat has also worked for Ogilvy & Mather and Johnson & Johnson in the past.
