NIVEA India has appointed Shweta Dalal as its new marketing director, effective September 30th, 2024. Shweta has 16 years of experience working for leading global brands such as Unilever and L’Oréal, where she oversaw multi-market campaigns and implemented regional marketing strategies. In her previous role as Global Brand Director for Lux – South Asia, Africa, and Global Bars, she was instrumental in driving significant brand expansion and innovation.
Shweta will oversee NIVEA India’s marketing strategy, with a focus on increasing the brand’s presence in the Indian market while remaining true to NIVEA’s global mission of providing superior skincare products. Her expertise complements NIVEA India’s focus on providing world-class skincare solutions tailored to local needs.
With her experience, Shweta has built and expanded brands in LATAM, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Asia. She has successfully increased brand equity, identified brand purpose, and created new, self-sustaining, digital-first business models, all based on a deep understanding of consumers.
