Vidushi Goyal has joined Indian beauty and cosmetics brand Swiss Beauty as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Vidushi’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall marketing plans for all Swiss Beauty brands, such as Swiss Beauty Select and Swiss Beauty Craze, as well as any new categories or sub-brands. Vidushi was Vice President of Marketing at Mamaearth (Honasa) prior to joining Swiss Beauty.
Vidushi offers Swiss Beauty a wealth of expertise in brand development and digital-first marketing. Leading the brand’s expansion, she will forge a distinctive identity and create differentiation in the competitive beauty and personal care market by staying ahead of trends and bringing cutting-edge marketing techniques into the organization.

Goyal worked for Mamaearth for almost five years before joining Swiss Beauty. During that time, she advanced through the ranks, starting as a senior brand manager in September 2019 and working her way up to GM-Marketing in April 2020, AVP Marketing in April 2022, and VP-Marketing in April 2023. She oversaw the marketing initiatives for the personal care and babycare portfolios during her time there. In just three years, she also contributed to the growth of Mamaearth, which went from an ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of 100 crore to over 1,000 crore.
Goyal also helped Mamaearth establish its brand tagline, “Goodness Inside,” in 2019 and position the company as a purpose-driven enterprise. She has also held important roles at FCB+ Ulka, d.light Energe, and ShopClues, where she oversaw several successful brand campaigns.
