Before joining AjnaLens, Bajaj managed consumer and brand marketing for Disney Star. Additionally, he worked for Zee for three and a half years as the Head of Brand and Marketing for Zee Punjabi. He was also employed by media companies such as Times Group and Hindustan Times.
Bajaj began his career at Airtel as a marketing coordinator. Later on, he worked for Times Television Network as an Associate Account Director, Hindustan Times as Senior Marketing Manager, and NDTV as Regional Manager.
