 
          FCB Interface has appointed Swati Balani as Executive Creative Director, marking a significant addition to the agency’s creative leadership team. In her new role, Balani will spearhead integrated creative mandates across mainline, digital, content, and social—developing brand ideas that are culturally resonant, strategically sound, and built for scale.

Bringing over 15 years of rich experience in creative leadership, Balani joins FCB Interface from BBH India, where she served as Executive Creative Director from September 2023 to March 2025. Her previous role saw her shaping impactful brand narratives and leading cross-platform creative strategies.
Before BBH, she was Creative Head – Digital at Sideways Consulting, where she specialized in digital-first storytelling and platform-native brand solutions. Prior to that, she spent nearly eight years at AutumnGrey (now integrated with Wunderman Thompson), where she held multiple leadership positions including Executive Creative Director and Creative Director – Copy. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving category-defining campaigns for marquee brands such as Microsoft, Exide Life, and Pepsico.
Balani began her advertising journey at Ogilvy in 2009 and subsequently contributed her creative prowess at agencies like DDB, Draft FCB Ulka, Mullen, and Apnapaisa. Her versatile background across digital, copywriting, and integrated campaign development has shaped her into a well-rounded creative leader.
In addition to her advertising career, Swati Balani is also an entrepreneur. She is the founder of Beaten and Baked, a homegrown dessert brand she launched in May 2021, reflecting her creative passion beyond the ad world.
Her appointment at FCB Interface is expected to further strengthen the agency’s commitment to delivering high-impact, culturally relevant creative work for brands in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
