The multinational electronics company ASUS, based in Taiwan, has chosen SoCheers to handle its digital duties for its Indian operations. The agency’s Mumbai office will handle the account, which was won after multiple rounds of presentations in a multi-agency pitch. ASUS is a multinational corporation based in Taiwan that was founded in 1989 with the primary goal of producing consumer electronics that will improve and simplify the lives of millions of people.
SoCheers wins digital mandate for ASUS India
ASUS is also one of the world’s top three consumer notebook manufacturers. Known for transforming the personal computer industry with its Eee PCTM, ASUS first entered the Indian electronics market in 2011 under the name ASUS India. Since then, they have led the way in the digital revolution with a rapidly expanding range of products that include smartphones, gaming, and personal computers, virtual and augmented reality devices, IOT devices, and robotics technologies.
SoCheers will handle all end-to-end digital responsibilities for ROG India Consumer PC and ASUS, including overall strategy and management for both brands across social channels, as part of the mandate. Together with outreach and influencer marketing, end-to-end management of pre- and post-content production, and planning and executing digital brand campaigns for future product launches—the first of which is the ASUS Vivobook S 15, which is scheduled to launch in the first week of July 2024—the agency will also enhance the brand’s online persona.
