Samsung Electronics has appointed Mr. Jeffrey Hahn as the new President for Singapore. With two decades of global leadership experience across various markets and strategic functions, Mr. Hahn will oversee the company’s operations in Singapore, guiding Samsung toward the next phase of growth and innovation in the country.
Mr. Hahn’s primary focus is to bring Samsung’s AI vision to life in Singapore. He is dedicated to driving AI adoption across personal and home ecosystems, incorporating a wide array of devices such as mobile phones, wearables, home appliances, and visual displays. By democratizing AI, Mr. Hahn seeks to empower individuals, businesses, and communities to harness its transformative potential, enhancing their lives and experiences. He will also prioritize security and privacy, strengthening partnerships in Singapore to ensure users benefit from seamless, trusted, and secure connected experiences.
Internally, Mr. Hahn’s focus is on building a strong foundation for sustainable growth. By emphasizing operational excellence and implementing innovative strategies, he aims to boost efficiency and productivity across all functions, ensuring that Samsung is well-positioned to lead in an ever-evolving market.
A veteran of Samsung since 2004, Mr. Hahn has held various leadership roles across Europe and Asia Pacific, leading functions such as sales, strategic planning, and regional management. Most recently, he served as Group Leader in Samsung’s Sales Innovation team, where he led initiatives to optimize business outcomes and enhance operational performance.
