Bajaj Consumer Care is set to welcome new leadership as it enters its next chapter of growth and transformation. The company has announced the appointment of Naveen Pandey as Managing Director, effective June 24, 2025, for a five-year term—pending approval at the company’s upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting.
Pandey steps into the role with over two decades of rich experience spanning general management, marketing, P&L leadership, innovation, and regulatory affairs. He has previously served as Managing Director of a listed company, where he led growth-driven transformations, expanded product portfolios, and deepened market presence.
His appointment follows the conclusion of Jaideep Nandi’s tenure, who has served as MD since July 2020. Nandi’s five-year term will end on June 30, 2025. Under his leadership, Bajaj Consumer Care navigated a period of consistent progress, with a sharpened focus on brand positioning and operational excellence.
In another significant leadership development, Aakash Gupta has been appointed as Head–Finance and designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective July 1, 2025. Gupta will take over from Richard D’Souza, who has stepped down to pursue new professional avenues outside the organization.
