MFM Appoints Celine Prevos as Media Director

Published on: October 9, 2026

MFM has appointed Celine Prevos as Media Director as the agency looks to expand its strategic media capabilities and strengthen collaboration between creative agencies and their clients.

Reporting to Orban Büller, Managing Director for Europe, Prevos will oversee several of MFM’s creative agency partnerships and their associated client accounts. She will work alongside agency and client teams to ensure media strategy is incorporated into campaign development from the earliest stages.

Based across the Benelux region and the UK, Prevos brings a background in communications design, alongside experience in strategy and media. Her expertise will support clients in adopting more integrated approaches to communications and campaign planning.

She joins MFM from Initiative, part of Omnicom Media, where she worked as Communications Design Director. During her tenure, she led media strategy for Dutch government clients, including DPC and the Dutch Police Academy, as well as Young Capital, Budget Thuis and Nakd.

Beyond her agency work, Prevos serves as Vice President of Young in Media (YIM), an organisation that supports and advocates for emerging media professionals in the Netherlands. She was previously shortlisted for YIM Talent of the Year and nominated for De Belofte (“the promise”) in 2023. In 2026, she represented the Netherlands in the media category at Cannes Young Lions.

Celine Prevos, Media Director at MFM, said, “I have always had a strong interest in different cultures and the integration of marketing practices, which is why MFM appealed. It’s a global independent agency with a strong lineup of well-known international brands that are willing to break down the traditional silos between media and creative to design the most effective campaigns. By collaborating closely and combining different perspectives, we make each other, and the work, much better.”

“MFM is a young, fast-growing company where I have an opportunity to play an active role in shaping its continued growth, and I’m excited to get started.”

Orban Büller, Managing Director for Europe, said, “The way we work with clients is increasingly bringing media, creativity and strategy together much earlier, which means we need people who can think beyond traditional boundaries.”

“Celine brings exactly that. Her strong experience, natural curiosity, and commitment to challenging established ways of working made her a perfect fit to support MFM’s clients as we grow in the region. She brings experience, energy and a fresh perspective to the team, and we’re very happy to have her on board.”
